SLA Toolkit
The Agreement should contain information about the legal jurisdiction governing the arrangements. This is usually the legal jurisdiction where the Supplier’s principal office is located. The parties may choose the local legal jurisdiction where the main Services are delivered to the Client where this is in a different state or country from the Supplier’s principal office.
The Agreement will normally have a stated initial term for the Agreement with a specified period after which either party may terminate the Agreement. The Agreement is usually renewable provided both parties agree to the terms and conditions of such a renewal.
The SLA Toolkit provides detailed information in respect of each aspect of termination and legal jurisdiction.
