It is necessary for the Supplier to fully respect the Client’s procedures relating to security. It is also necessary for the Supplier to operate good security practices within its own organization in order to protect information about the Client and also ensure continuity of the Services being delivered. 

Consideration should be given towards to applicability of implementing ISO17799 based information security procedures in both organizations where this has not already been done.
